When I arrived, the potential jurors were already checking in. Both LCD TVs were off this time so it was a bit boring. But, I didn't have to wait too long. After the 10 minute break after rules were dictated, the clerk came out and asked everyone if we knew what it meant when she wasn't holding any papers. "Nobody is going to be chosen for a panel and everyone can go home." Yay! Sighs and whoops of joy from the 200 gathered. I kinda feel bad for the people who claimed a hardship because they were rescheduled for another summons. That was the shortest jury duty I've served- about 2 hours.
