A-Z: Running

I need to start a running regimen so I can run comfortably for at least 2 miles. It's a reasonable goal in case zombies are real. I tried an interval training from Women's Health (Running For Beginners) for about 2 weeks last fall but I lost interest. I only used a timer that time. I think I'll try Podrunner's First Day to 5k running series this time.
